The world’s first virtual 10K run. With a little help from Kanye.
The Nike+ Human Race was a global integrated event that allowed runners to join the race in 26 global cities or run anywhere with Nike+. We created an integrated campaign featuring athletes and celebrities like Kanye West, Lance Armstrong, and Serena Williams trash talking each other into joining the race. In the end, we brought 800,000 runners together physically and virtually in the same race, on the same day, for the first time ever.
