Before sustainable fashion manifestos became too fashionable.
We needed to create an anthem spot to help launch the new line of “Water<less” Levi’s sustainable products, but we quickly realized that an expensive shoot galavanting all around the planet would only hurt the planet more with our carbon emissions. That was a no-go.
So we created a simple but powerful statement by projection mapping the consequences of our industrialized actions onto the natural world, all created from recycled stock footage and Levi’s ads (and strong VFX). The solution became a creative way to celebrate Levi’s commitment to lessening their impact on the planet—not just in clothing, but also in the marketing of that clothing.
